Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is a painful foot condition that affects many people. It usually involves pain in the heel or the arch of your foot and especially worse when walking. The cause of this condition is when the band of tissue that connects your heel to your toes known as the plantar fascia gets strained and inflamed. This can happen for a number of reasons such as the way you walk, you have recently become more active or increase in your weight.

Carpel Tunnel Syndrome



Carpel tunnel syndrome is a common condition that causes numbness, tingling and pain in the forearm, wrist and hand. It happens when the median nerve in the wrist gets compressed or squeezed and often gets worse over time.
